This allows organisers to manage traffic flow and allocate vehicles to the correct parking areas.Please be aware that, after entering via the hard-standing access road, all vehicles will be directed by marshals into grass field parking areas. Depending on weather conditions, these fields may become muddy. While access is generally straightforward, exiting may be more challenging.Vehicles parked in the grass car parks do so entirely at the owner's risk. Where available, 4x4 recovery vehicles may assist stranded vehicles; however, any assistance is undertaken solely at the vehicle owner's risk, and organisers cannot accept responsibility for any damage.Important Information:Due to the scale and noise of the event, pets are not recommended.Children must remain under the supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.Sparklers and personal fireworks are strictly prohibited.Portable toilets, including accessible facilities, will be available across the site.As the event takes place on a grass field, sensible clothing and suitable footwear are strongly recommended.
